Setting up our pit

Yesterday we set up our “pit” – basically a home base / display booth. It’s hard to convey how enormous this event is – have not really tried with the pictures below. Some teams have camping tents, lights, 9 foot tall towers they have brought from across the globe. We have excited kids and ingenuity. We decided a mannequin would help show the haptic hoodie, and managed to find one and acquire it. The kids spent the afternoon practicing their innovation project, and after a break at the pool, went back to work all evening!
